Milestone IT is partnering with a market leading software solutions provider, providing creative solutions across a variety of businesses. Due to expansion and a number of exciting new projects, we currently have new opportunity for a Tech Lead to join their company on a permeant bases.
**What You will be doing**:
- Manage and lead a team of backend software engineers working on a range of payment solutions products using.Net ,ASP.Net, C#- Coach, motivate and inspire your team to deliver on-time and with quality.- Design and implement solutions to solve complex and challenging technical requirements.- Provide technical guidance in software design and development, participate in design reviews, and recommend improvements for projects.- Carry out technical assessments on requested features and identify scope of work/dependencies.- Develop end to end ownership of projects starting from requirement gathering, design, delivery and deployment.- Meeting with key business stakeholders to understand business needs, gather information and analyze requirements
**What is needed**:
- You can be a Tech lead or a Senior Developer wanting to be a Tech lead
- Minimum 3 years exp as a senior Developer
- A strong Understanding of scalability and architecture design
- A strong level of communication
- A proven history for delivering projects in the.Net and C# domain
- Able to work on high pressure environment- Work closely with CTO and align business vision- MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
