About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one support across various services with a no wrong door approach. This involves delivering activity-based and daily living skills support based on care plans and risk assessments. You will also manage caseloads and maintain client files and records.
The role requires excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work independently and contribute to the functioning of the team. You must have good computer skills, including the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office and Client Database.
The ideal candidate will have completion of or progress towards relevant qualification (Certificate II/III) and/or relevant work experience. A knowledge and understanding of diversity, gender, and social inclusion, particularly Aboriginal Culture, is highly desirable.

This is a casual position with shift worker rosters for both After Hours and Safe Night Space teams, including night shifts, weekends, and public holiday work. The starting hourly rate is $41.76, inclusive of 25% casual loading, aligned with Level 2 of the Enterprise Agreement.
