We’re a lean, high-performing team where everyone wears a few different hats, and we’re looking for someone smart enough to \"read the room\" and jump in wherever the business needs a boost.
The Opportunity: Start Small, Grow BigWe want to build a long-term relationship. We’re starting small to ensure we’re the perfect fit for each other, with plenty of room to scale up.The Hours: Minimum 8 hours per week to start. These can be broken into two days to suit your schedule—we are big on flexibility!The Location: Geelong-based. Most of our team is remote, but this role includes a few hours of face-to-face time in Geelong for strategy and Future: For the right candidate, there’s an opportunity for more hours, potentially leading to a full-time position down the track.The Pay: We offer our Standard Casual Rate of $37.50 per hour (including loading).This is a pro-rata equivalent of $74,100 per annum based on a 38-hour week.
