Assistant Community Manager
We're seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Community Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new member growth and creating meaningful experiences for our existing community.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team, where no two days are the same. As an Assistant Community Manager, you will play a key role in increasing occupancy across our spaces by partnering with internal stakeholders, conducting sales tours, and helping prospective members find the right solution for their needs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* New Membership Sales: Drive new membership sales and support member retention across our Melbourne locations.
* Sales Cycle Ownership: Own the full sales cycle - from enquiry and tours through to proposals and successful onboarding.
* Lead Response: Respond to new leads with warmth, professionalism, and a deep understanding of our value.
* Pipeline Management: Collaborate with the Memberships Manager and Enquiries Team to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
* Tour Conducting: Conduct engaging, insightful tours that match prospective members with the right spaces.
* Member Growth: Work with Community Teams to support member growth, needs changes, and internal referrals.
* Relationship Building: Build trusted relationships with members, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
* Travel and Events: Travel across our locations to support occupancy, tours, and events.
* Data Maintenance: Maintain clear, accurate records of leads and conversions in Salesforce.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the sales process and contribute to team-wide projects.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Experience: 2+ years' experience in a sales, real estate, hospitality, or membership-based environment (commercial real estate or sales experience beneficial, not required).
* Self-Drive: Self-driven with the ability to operate independently and make high-level decisions.
* Relationship Building: A strong relationship builder who communicates with warmth and clarity.
* Solutions Focus: Naturally solutions-focused and curious about people's needs.
* Target Management: Comfortable working toward targets and managing a sales pipeline.
* Organization: Highly organised, with great attention to detail and follow-through.
* CRM Experience: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
* Community Passion: Passionate about community, connection, and helping others succeed.
