Working closely with the Executive Manager, Data Strategy you’ll translate data strategy into practical, executable outcomes as we transition from legacy data pipelines to a modern, future‑state data ecosystem. Responsibilities: Drive and contribute to the execution of the data strategy and data management practices within Risk Management. Enable and oversee Risk Management’s adherence to data management policies, escalating issues and risks where required. Monitor and track progress towards key milestones as we modernise our data ecosystem and build AI ready data assets and products Champion and support education and capability uplift across the organisation to strengthen data management practices. We are interested in hearing from people who have: Applied data management experience : with a proven track record working hands on across data domains. Deep understanding of enterprise data quality, data governance, and data lifecycle management : including defining standards, controls, and remediation approaches. Experience designing and implementing data strategies or data operating models: ideally in complex, regulated environments such as financial services or risk management. Solid knowledge of modern data architectures and pipelines : including migration from legacy data platforms to contemporary, cloud‑based or “greenfields” data ecosystems.
