Pay: $39.85ph - $41.05ph

Responsibilities
As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

* Prime Location – Conveniently located on Colchester Road, between Mountain Highway and Canterbury Road, our centre is easily accessible for both staff and families.

We're also passionate about developing emerging educators and trainees, supporting their growth while nurturing their love for early childhood education. This stability allows us to build deep, meaningful relationships with children and families.
* Our Centre – We are a 75-place, purpose-built early learning centre, open from 7:00am to 7:00pm to support busy families. Our centre features four thoughtfully designed learning spaces, catering for children from 6 weeks to 4-year-old Kindergarten. Our environments are welcoming, spacious, and well-resourced, offering rich opportunities for play-based learning. Each indoor space flows seamlessly into outdoor areas, allowing children the freedom to explore based on their interests. We follow flexible routines tailored to each age group, supporting every child to learn and develop at their own pace. Our inclusive, play-based educational program is designed to nurture each child as an individual. As part of our school readiness approach, we deliver an Early Language Program through our funded Kindergarten, building strong communication foundations. We also maintain close connections with our local primary school, supporting smooth transitions for children.

Requirements
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current Victoria Working with Children Check
