We are searching for dynamic individual with strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills who can coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Wine Club, including member communication, maintenance of the customer database and order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Member Management:
Onboarding new members and providing a welcoming experience.
Managing member enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collecting and accurately updating member information.
Communication & Engagement:
Creating engaging content including website copy, social media posts, and email newsletters to keep members informed and engaged.
Managing social media presence and engaging with members online.
Sales and Marketing:
Developing and implementing strategies to attract new wine club members.
Running promotions and incentives to encourage sign-ups.
Creating high-quality content, such as blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics, related to wine and the wine club.
Sharing content across various platforms, including social media, email, and the website.
Order Processing and Fulfillment
Efficiently process member orders, including tracking, payment and order confirmation.
Prepare orders for shipping.
Operations & Logistics (Wine Club Shipments - February, July & October):
Overseeing the entire fulfillment process, from communication to processing payments, credit card declines and follow-up.
Maintaining clear and timely communication with members regarding their shipments, including order confirmations, shipping updates, and any potential issues.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Organisation and Time Management: The ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and member enquiries efficiently is crucial.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with members, staff and external stakeholders.
Customer Service: A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues effectively is vital.
Experience: Experience understanding the dynamics of customer experience, building relationships, and potentially managing loyalty programs within a hospitality or wine context is highly desirable.
Sales Skills: The ability to upsell and promote wine club memberships is a valuable asset.
Wine Knowledge: A basic understanding of wine types, regions, and varietals is helpful for engaging with members and answering questions.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, email marketing platforms, and social media is a plus.
