This vacancy has come as a result of the company securing multiple high-value commercial projects ranging from $100K to $100M.About the positionAs the Project Director, you will report directly to the senior leadership team.
You will work collaboratively with project and site teams to deliver projects from the design stage through to completion.
You will liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.DutiesLead project design and service coordinationOversee procurement, programming, and cost managementAdminister variations, contractual obligations, and project risksBuild and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationshipsMentor and guide project teams to ensure successful project deliverySkills & ExperienceTertiary or trade qualification in a building-related disciplineProven experience as a senior project leader on commercial fitout and new build projectsDemonstrated ability to manage projects valued between $100K - $50MStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsCareer stability and a track record of successfully delivering complex projectsCultureThe business fosters an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative culture that values fairness, recognition, and career growth.
