HR Business Partner Opportunity

About the Role:
This role involves providing dedicated and professional HR business partnering support to an allocated division of the organisation. As the first point of contact for generalist HR matters and inquiries, you will provide internal consultancy and advisory services. Additionally, you will manage one or more HR portfolio areas, including recruitment, metrics and reporting, policy, systems, corporate induction program, and industrial committees.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver contemporary solution-focused HR/ER initiatives, advice, and support services
2. Manage and maintain positive relationships across the organisation
3. Provide problem-solving, advisory, and coaching skills to add value to people management capability and practices
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or related discipline
* Substantial experience working as an internal consultant/business partner delivering HR/ER initiatives, advice, and support services
