HSE Advisor Job Summary:
This is a critical role that requires a highly skilled HSE Advisor to ensure health, safety and environmental standards are upheld on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement health, safety and environmental policies and procedures on-site.
* Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
* Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety practices and standards.
* Manage safety protocols across different phases of construction, from project initiation through to completion.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance site safety.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety (Degree, Diploma or Cert 4)
* Demonstrated ability to manage health, safety and environmental practices across a project from start to finish.
* Experience dealing with multiple subcontractors and coordinating safety efforts across various trades (electrical, plumbing, etc.).
* Valid Drivers Licence and First Aid Cert
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with site personnel and subcontractors.
* Working at Heights & White Card - Essential
* Tilt up panel construction experience – Advantageous
