Lead compliance end-to-end with the backing of a hands-on leadership team
Grow with a provider that’s reliable about people, purpose, and continuous improvement
The role
You will be Parcare’s compliance engine and an operations co-pilot. You’ll own our NDIS Practice Standards compliance, prepare us for audits, keep risks visible and controlled, and make sure our incident, emergency/disaster, and policy frameworks are rock solid. - Oversee the Incident Management System & Register: triage, investigation, root cause, corrective actions; manage Reportable Incidents (24-hour/5-day submissions)
- Own Risk Management: organisational risk register, participant risk screens, SWMS/JSA where applicable, control monitoring, and board/leadership reporting
- Keep our Emergency & Disaster Management plan live: risk scenarios, business continuity, drills, and post-incident reviews
- Quality-assure Participant Support Plans: goals, risks, restrictive practice considerations, consent, behaviour support linkages
- Manage compliance touchpoints: NDIS Worker Screening, training/orientation, competencies, credentialing, and recordkeeping
- Partner with operations on rosters, participant onboarding, and service delivery workflows (e.g., VisualCare or similar systems)
- Liaise with external stakeholders: auditors, behaviour support practitioners, clinicians, the NDIS Commission & myplace/PRODA portals
- Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement across complaints/feedback, incidents, and service outcomes
