What You Offer Us
Project Marketing Knowledge: 8+ years Project Marketing experience with end-to-end Project Marketing experience, experience is within Property Development industry is considered desirable.
Leadership & Management: Proven experience leading and managing a team. Taking a collaborative approach working across interdepartmental teams. Ability to lean into problem solving and troubleshooting whilst maintaining momentum in a fast-paced environment, with willingness to bridge gap between development of strategy and implementation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Love for engagement, this role will see an agile and flexible leader work across the business on all levels as well as external stakeholders with strong negotiation skills required with external suppliers.
Strategy: Expertise in developing and implementing brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and creative initiatives that drive brand recognition, revenue growth and project success.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree within Marketing, Communications or Business field (preferred).
Possess 8+ years marketing experience, with at least 4-5 years in luxury property development or equivalent (luxury real estate marketing).
Experience in collaborating with creative teams, such as graphic designers, copywriters, videographers/photographers with strong design understanding of InDesign and Photoshop.
Project Management Software such as CRM, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Xero, Procore, Productive is highly desirable.
Demonstrate a strong level of understanding of digital marketing tools, including Campaign Monitor (or equivalent), Salesforce, WordPress (or similar), social media channels as well as optimisation of paid channels.
