Responsibilities & Qualifications
As An Assistant Store Manager (known Internally As Inventory Manager), You'll Lead a Team To Drive Excellence In Back-of-house Operations, Ensuring Strong Inventory Integrity, Efficient Stock Flow, And Minimising Shrinkage To Maximise The Store's Profitability. To Thrive Here, You Should Ideally Have:
Management / leadership experience.
Understanding of inventory control.
The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
Skills in training and achieving results.
