Your New Role
Under the general supervision of the General Manager of Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for sales and effective management of hospital and private accounts. This individual will develop and implement action plans to promote Stratpharma's products, focusing on key customers by communicating the benefits of the product portfolio.
Principle Duties
* Meet and exceed sales targets within a defined territory, including private and public cancer clinics, wards (radiation oncology and oncology), branded skin cancer clinics, plastic surgeons, dermatologists, cosmetic physicians, and their related healthcare staff.
* Provide high levels of customer service and training to maintain and develop strong business relationships.
* Proactively seek new opportunities to develop accounts with target customers to grow Stratpharma's business.
* Maintain coverage and frequency targets to ensure excellent customer service.
* Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets annually.
Product Knowledge
* Develop strong knowledge of all Stratpharma products, their applications, and appropriate procedures (pharmaceutical/medical device).
* Understand competitor products, including their strengths and weaknesses.
Work with the Stratpharma Team
* Contribute to building a successful team environment.
* Liaise with State and National Teams to share knowledge and benefit the business.
* Maintain professional and respectful communication with all team members.
* Leverage market insights and collaborate with marketing to implement sales and marketing strategies for the territory.
Administration
* Complete all administrative tasks on time, including:
* Monthly sales reports, expenses, timesheets.
* Additional tasks such as business plans and campaigns.
CRM
* Ensure compliance with CRM guidelines (Salesforce) on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
* Accurately enter customer information and interactions into the CRM.
* Conduct pre- and post-call analysis using provided tools.
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong sales ability and customer service skills.
* Experience in client relationship management and conducting meetings with key customers.
* Business acumen to handle the complexities of the role.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Organizational, planning, and time management skills.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
