Customer Solutions Expert Role
We are seeking professionals to fill the role of Customer Solutions Expert in our contact centre on a part-time basis.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
* Skill 1: Deliver exceptional customer service experiences in a dynamic inbound/outbound contact centre environment.
* Skill 2: Provide comprehensive information on government programs and processes with an in-depth knowledge base.
* Skill 3: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional approach in every interaction.
* Skill 4: Master complex enquiries, leveraging your in-depth knowledge and sharp problem-solving skills.
* Skill 5: Accurately capture customer details and log interactions in our intuitive CRM system.

To be considered for this role, must-haves include being an Australian Citizen, 18 years of age at a minimum, and availability to work on a part time basis of 23.75hrs per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of either 9.45am-2.30pm or 12.30pm-5.15pm.
