We are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our North region team. Successful applicants will be accepted into a pool of candidates and contacted when an opportunity arises.
* Assist with daily activities, community access, and recreational activities.
* Follow therapy and positive behaviour plans.
* Work night shifts, weekend shifts, and potentially in a 2:1 team.
* Ensure compliance and accurate documentation.
* Work across locations from Joondalup to Mandurah.
Requirements
* NDIS Screening Clearance.
* NDIS Worker orientation module certificate.
* Current WA Class C driver's licence and own reliable car.
* Current First Aid Certificate.
