Our client, a highly respected name in the Civil Construction industry, is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service / Internal Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic team based in Brisbane’s South-East. What You’ll Be Doing 
In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you'll be the first point of contact for all sales and hire enquiries - in person, by phone, and online. You'll coordinate logistics, provide quotes, liaise with internal teams and customers, and help drive the success of the branch. 
Your Key Responsibilities 
Handling customer enquiries regarding equipment hire, sales, off-hires, pricing, and quotations 
Providing accurate, competitive quotes and product recommendations 
Coordinating deliveries and pickups (internal and external transport) 
Maintaining day sheets and required documentation 
Entering contracts and updating daily branch KPI reports 
Liaising with drivers, yard hands, sales reps, and management 
Promoting the full range of company products and spotting cross-sell opportunities 
Greeting visitors and answering calls promptly with a friendly, professional approach 
What You Bring to the Role 
Previous experience in internal sales or customer service coordination 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - in person and over the phone 
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment 
Excellent organisational skills with a robust eye for detail 
Experience liaising with a variety of stakeholders - sales teams, warehouse staff, and management 
Construction or hire industry experience is an advantage (but not essential) 
A proactive attitude and willingness to grow your product knowledge
