About the role:
* Travel required
* Head Chef and Sous Chef coverage across Greater Sydney and Central Westregional areas
* Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
* Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Head Chef in Aged Care / Hotels or similar settings
* Food Safety Supervisory Certification
* Create hero moments for customers
* Create nutritious meals and snacks in line with the food services program
* Ensure detailed compliance with the food safety program
* Oversee and manage the creation and delivery of meals and events
