Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Manager to lead our Sydney Opera House Theatre Bars. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take on a challenging role.
About the Role
This diverse role will see you managing the day-to-day operations of our theatre bars, including staff management, customer service, and stakeholder relations. You will be responsible for leading a team of up to 40 staff and supervisors, training new staff, handling customer expectations, and managing stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead a team of up to 40 staff and supervisors.
* Train new staff and handle customer expectations.
* Set high standards and lead by example.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in managing and leading a professional team within an upscale environment.
* Proven extensive knowledge within Food and Beverage operations, including cocktails and bar service.
* Strong ability to achieve business goals and service standards.
* Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and results-driven.
* Immaculate grooming and personal presentation.
* Able to work to a rotating roster and meet deadlines.
