Graduate – Junior Account Manager This is a unique opportunity to join us and develop your experience as an Account Manager in our Marketplace team. As a junior account manager, you will be trained to build partnerships with our suppliers and learn to manage the accounts you are responsible for. Your experience in building sustainable relationships within a marketplace environment will help grow revenue for your clients. The development of the community is strengthened through your analysis of sales opportunities and negotiation skills. The Exciting Role: To be successful as a Junior Account Manager in Dropshipzone, you need to be ready to learn the ropes! You will be supported to execute on the responsibilities: • Proactively foster growth for Suppliers • Identify and communicate opportunities to support growth for Suppliers • Ensure each Supplier is contacted monthly • Ensure Supplier enquiries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner • Proactively raise issues with management team as they occur from time-to-time • Perform daily monitoring of SKU performance • Assess if there is a need to onboard more SKUs from Suppliers • Be aware of new SKUs that are coming online • Ensure Suppliers are aware of upcoming promotions • Invite Suppliers to get involved in promotions as a tactic to drive growth • Leverage opportunities such as clearance, end-of-line, new products and trending products for promotion • Ensure the CRM system is accurate and up to date at all time • Ensure that Suppliers are meeting all SLAs What You’ll Bring: • E-commerce experience looked upon favorably. • University Degree preferred. • Demonstrated ability to use data • Passionate about ecommerce • Excellent numerical ability and analytical skills. • Collaboration.
