About the Opportunity
As the Receptionist at eHealth NSW, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of digital health services that make a real difference to healthcare across New South Wales. As the first point of contact for visitors, stakeholders and staff, you will provide a welcoming, professional and efficient front and back-of-house experience, helping to create a positive impression of the organisation.

In this varied and fast-paced role, you will manage a range of reception and administrative duties including answering phone enquiries, meeting and greeting visitors, handling mail, and coordinating meeting room, courier and fleet vehicle bookings. This opportunity is well suited to someone with demonstrated experience in a customer-facing administrative role within a large, complex organisation, who enjoys working collaboratively and thrives in a busy environment.

In this role, you will:

* You'll be the welcoming face of our office, working on-site five days a week to deliver high-quality support to both staff and visitors.
* Be the first point of contact for the organisation by professionally answering and directing incoming calls, relaying messages, and warmly welcoming visitors.
* Work collaboratively with the Reception Team Leader to support the smooth delivery of all reception services.
* Coordinate and manage bookings for meeting rooms, Courriers and fleet vehicles, ensuring availability and efficient use of resources.
* Issue and manage security access and photo identification cards for staff and visitors in line with organisational procedures.

About You
We are looking for someone who:

* You bring demonstrated experience in a customer-facing administrative or reception role, ideally within a large and complex organisation, where you have confidently managed competing priorities and delivered high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
* You are a professional and personable communicator with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm, responsive and customer-focused while supporting a busy front-of-house function.
* You are warm, approachable, and always willing to assist wherever needed, contributing positively to a welcoming and supportive front‐of‐house environment
* You have strong computer skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office and other business systems to manage bookings, respond to enquiries, and support daily administrative tasks.
