About This Role
This is an opportunity to lead and develop our stores to maximize profits and strengthen links between the wider community, corps, and other staff members.
* Process donations, manage stock levels and rotation, support in-store promotions, and approve pricing adjustments or discounts.
* Deliver high-quality customer service by responding to customer needs, training staff and volunteers.
* SUPERVISE volunteers effectively coordinating rosters.
* Maintain accurate financial processes including daily cash reconciliation.
