About the Role
We are seeking a technically strong Web Developer & Digital Content Specialist to take ownership of our websites, integrations, and online infrastructure. This role focuses primarily on Webflow & Shopify development, site optimisation, and engineering the digital functions that support our customers, resellers, and internal workflows. Digital marketing, content creation, and campaign support form the secondary part of the role.

Possess strong communication skills to coordinate with freelancers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
Bring creativity to developing multimedia content (graphics, video, web elements).
Be curious, self‑driven, and open to using AI tools to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities
1. Web Development (Primary Focus – Webflow & Shopify)
* Build, maintain, and optimise websites on Webflow and Shopify.
* Develop new pages, templates, and interactive components aligned with UX/UI best practices.
* Manage website integrations including CRM, CMS, analytics, forms, inventory systems, and e‑commerce tools.
* Oversee domain management, hosting, security protocols, and performance monitoring.
* Engineer technical solutions that enhance website functionality and operational efficiency.
* Troubleshoot website errors, performance issues, and workflow problems.
2. Website Maintenance & Optimisation
* Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance across all pages.
* Conduct routine site audits covering page performance, SEO optimisation, broken links, and structural improvements.
* Implement improvements in loading speed, user flow, and overall site architecture.
* Analyse user behaviour and recommend enhancements to maximise conversion and engagement.
* Manage backups, version control, and website contingency planning.
3. Digital Media & Content Support (Secondary Focus)
* Create multimedia content including images, videos, graphics, presentations, and landing page assets.
* Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and short videos.
* Use AI tools to streamline content creation, automation, and efficiency.
* Ensure brand consistency across all digital outputs.
4. Coordination With Freelancers & External Providers
* Act as the technical contact for external vendors (SEO agencies, SEM specialists, external developers).
* Oversee outsourced work to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project requirements.
* Provide technical briefs and collaborate with freelancers on web updates, advertising creatives, and content production.
* Evaluate third‑party work for quality, accuracy, and technical alignment.
* Support SEO, SEM, and digital ad campaigns through landing‑page optimisation and tracking implementation.
* Assist in managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns where required.
* Analyse data using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Webflow Analytics, and platform insights.
* Apply SEO principles when updating site content, metadata, sitemaps, and keyword structures.
* Support e‑commerce improvements and product‑page optimisation on Shopify.
Skills & Qualifications
* Strong experience in Webflow and Shopify development.
* Understanding of SEO principles, technical optimisation, and analytics tools.
* Experience with CMS, CRM, and API integrations.
* Capability in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia content (bonus).
* Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Analytics).
* Ability to use AI tools to enhance workflows and productivity.
* Strong problem‑solving skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder‑coordination skills.
