We partner with our clients on their scientific, technical or complex content to develop products such as fact sheets, reports, guidelines and websites.Role responsibilitiesYour main duties will be writing, substantive editing, copyediting and proofreading, as well as attending technical committee meetings and writing meeting summaries.You may also be involved in content strategy and content design.You'll also manage projects and communicate with clients to solve problems and identify opportunities.You'll work on a variety of projects and tasks, and be supported by our detailed procedures to ensure quality and consistency.Our team of specialists will work closely with you to help build your skills.Hours: 0.8 to full time (flexible working hours available)Salary: $80,000–$95,000; negotiable based on qualifications, experience and skillsLocation: Canberra (preferred), but we may consider other locations within Australia for the right personAbout youIf you see yourself as a health writer, science writer, medical writer, technical writer, health editor or science editor, this chance might be for you.You will have tertiary qualifications in health, biomedical science or health-related science.
