Job Description
As a Territory Sales Professional, you will be responsible for managing assigned business territories and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Your key objectives will be to develop and execute comprehensive store business plans, identify sales opportunities, and present and execute monthly channel plans to meet commercial targets.
You will also be accountable for conducting regular business reviews with retail partners, driving sales activity through both sell-in and sell-out functions, and developing strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Your role will involve a range of activities including product and display maintenance, competitor analysis, and inventory management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will include achievement of revenue and profit targets, as well as meeting commercial objectives. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive profitable growth while delivering a remarkable consumer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in territory sales or account management
* Whitegoods/home appliances or consumer goods experience is advantageous
* Business and financial acumen, with the ability to understand customers' business models and financial health
* Analytical skills, with the ability to weigh evidence and determine the best course of action
* Win-win outcomes, with the ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
* Sales tools mastery, with proficiency in CRM systems and data integrity
* Market drivers, with an understanding of external market dynamics and industry trends
* Communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
