Are you an organised, proactive administrator who enjoys working in a dynamic school environment? We are seeking a Primary Administration Assistant to join our supportive Primary Campus team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting staff, students, and families, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our Primary Administration Office.

The Role
This full-time, term-time position (8:00am – 4:06pm) is varied and rewarding, with a strong focus on organisation, communication, and teamwork. Working closely with the Personal Assistant to the Heads of Primary and the broader team, you’ll contribute to a positive, professional and student-focused environment.

Key responsibilities:

* Provide day-to-day administrative support across the Primary Campus
* Maintain accurate student records, databases and documentation
* Prepare and distribute communications, forms and general correspondence
* Assist with reporting processes, meetings and event coordination
* Support excursions, camps and student activities from an admin perspective
* Assist teaching staff and respond to general enquiries from students and staff
* Help prepare assessment materials and maintain organised filing systems
* Work closely with the Primary Receptionist, PA to the Heads of Primary and broader support team
* Follow Child Safety processes and uphold the College’s values
About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Clear and professional communication skills
* The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
* A collaborative and team-focused approach
* A proactive mindset and willingness to support others
* Previous administrative experience (experience in a school environment highly regarded)
* Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of appropriate professional boundaries and standards when working with children and young people.
You’ll be joining a supportive, collaborative team in a role that genuinely contributes to the day-to-day experience of students and staff.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Must hold, or be eligible to obtain, a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
