Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook food items as directed, including baking, pastry, and butchery tasks
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times
* Minimise food wastage through efficient preparation and storage practices
* Follow all standard operating procedures and WH&S guidelines
* Support senior kitchen staff and contribute to a positive team environment
* Maintain professional grooming and presentation standards
* Build positive relationships with colleagues across departments
* Stay informed about food products and culinary trends
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or hospitality environment preferred
* Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WH&S practices
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow instructions
* A proactive, team‐oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
* Excellent time management and attention to detail
* Formal culinary training or relevant certifications (desirable)
