Occupational Therapy Role
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. You will work with us to deliver high-quality services to participants in the Alice Springs region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload and provide timely therapeutic services.
* Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
* Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
* Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals.
* Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:
* Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
* Experience in delivering person-centred Occupational Therapy services.
* At least 2 years clinical OT experience within community, rehabilitation and/or paediatrics.
* A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* A valid Driver's license and access to a reliable motor vehicle.
