Personalised Support Assistant
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable individual who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service to provide personalised support to clients in their homes.
* Assist with daily tasks around the home, including cleaning, washing, ironing and vacuuming.
* Support with personal hygiene and grooming needs, including showing, dressing and bathing.
* Accompany clients on shopping trips and assist with meal preparation.
* Monitor medication and ensure clients take their prescriptions as prescribed.
* Arrange and attend appointments with healthcare professionals and other relevant services.
* Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
