**Job Title:** Senior Project Transition Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Transition Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless transition of assets, systems, and documentation between project phases or operational teams.
**Key Responsibilities:*
* Monitor and manage the delivery of handover packages within the Defence Division.
* Track and allocate projects to ensure sufficient national resource coverage by effectively engaging with key stakeholders.
* Support and assist project teams with issues needing escalation by co-ordinating with Subject Matter Experts (SME) throughout the business.
* Develop processes and tools for continual improvement and to ensure a consistent approach.
* Identify training needs and provide training for onboarding.
* Seek and act on feedback from project stakeholders.
* Provide tender support including document preparation and identifying resource requirements.
* Provide technical support for national HOTO delivery.
* Monitor DEQMS for updates, reviewing updates and communicating changes to internal HOTO stakeholders accordingly.
**Requirements:*
* Prior Defence experience, specifically managing HOTO on multiple live projects.
* 3+ years construction / engineering experience.
* Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
* Police Clearance.
* White Card.
* Drivers Licence.
