Recruiting for a self-motivated individual with all-round experience to perform the following core activities with ease.
Core Activities Include:
1) Reception activities:
A) Incoming phone calls
B) Managing/fielding incoming sales in-box
C) Goods-in, checking off deliveries
D) Basic customer service management
2) Accounts Receivable activities
A) Taking payments
B) Invoicing
3) Operations activities:
A) Scheduling installations
B) Providing customer ETA's
C) Processing work orders
D) Processing purchase orders
Experience/Qualifications
Whilst previous industry experience is not necessary it may be useful
Must have experience in all basic computer programs such as word/excel etc.
Would be helpful to have previous experience in Xero accounting software
Must be able to articulate clearly and have a good telephone manner.
Must have good organizational skills
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplementary Pay:
- Bonus
