**About the company**
You will be working for a large government organisation that is responsible for the delivery of ICT led investments and provides a digitally enabled and integrated system to the people of NSW
**About the role**
- Work over night shifts with mínimal supervision or management support
- Provide customer service and support to users to solve problems and mitigate impact and loss of productivity due to ICT issues
- Manage multiple priorities between inbound calls and queue management within the enterprise ticketing system
- Provision accounts and access in line with security and approval processes
- Accurately document SWSD activities and client experience within the enterprise ticketing system
- Contribute to organisational learning by identifying areas where existing documentation can be updated
- Participate in regular performance meetings and training activities
- Complete individual SWSD learning plan focusing on attaining customer certifications and foundational skills in customer service and service desk
technologies
