Your new rolePerform quality assurance evaluations on fraud alerts and inbound/outbound calls, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and identifying areas for improvement across Fraud Assist and Fraud Services teams.Deliver structured feedback to team members and leaders based on checklist-driven assessments, supporting continuous improvement in fraud investigations and customer interactions.
This is a 6-month temporary role, with opportunities to extend. The team works Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day. During training, the work hours are 8am-4pm. Once fully skilled, you will need to be flexible to work between 7am-6pm (8 hours per day). The pay is $38.99ph+super.What you'll need to succeedMUST HAVE inbound call centre experience in Banking or Finance for at least one yearExperience in quality assurance or auditing is beneficialStrong analytical and attention to detail skillsOutstanding written and verbal communications, as this role requires you to liaise with People Leaders frequentlyPositive work ethicsWhat you'll get in return
