About the role...
This is a full‑time Strata Manager role, with customer service at its core. Building strong relationships and delivering high‑quality customer service is essential. You’ll enjoy working as part of a small, friendly team and may have previous retail experience or administrative experience in real estate or a similar people‑focused industry.
We’re looking for a motivated friendly individual who enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering great service. You’ll be organised, energetic, and a team player with a positive, can‑do attitude. Previous customer service experience is a strong advantage. and full training will be provided for the right person.
Responsibilities...
* Manage property portfolio & liaise with committees, owners, tenants & maintenance contractors
* Manage annual committee meetings
* Prepare work orders, quotes, arrange valuations, budgets and meeting minutes
* Communicate with stakeholders via phone and email, managing and resolving client issues

* Solid life and workplace experience: good emotional intelligence
* Strong work ethic with a positive can-do attitude
* Strong computer and administration skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced industry with strong problem-solving skills
