The Role
As General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Centrepoint Finance's strategic vision. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for the growth and performance of the business – with a particular focus on:
* Attracting, onboarding, and developing new brokers
* Driving national business development and lead generation strategies
* Enhancing broker engagement, retention, and productivity
* Leading operational performance, financial outcomes, and compliance frameworks
* Building relationships with lenders, technology providers, and industry stakeholders
* Fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement
About You
* Demonstrated leadership experience in finance, aggregation, or broking
* Strong commercial acumen with a passion for helping brokers succeed
* Proven success in attracting and developing broker partnerships
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Knowledge of asset, equipment, and commercial lending (preferred)
* Motivated by outcomes, integrity, and building something long-term
