What You Will Be Doing
* Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
* Loading raw materials in line with job specifications
* Welding, cutting, rolling, bending and shaping metal products
* Picking and packing materials for production and dispatch
* Setting up and operating welding equipment
* Cleaning and smoothing welds using hand and power tools
* Performing and recording quality checks on finished products
* Preparing finished products for transport
What You Will Need
* Previous manufacturing or production experience
* Ability to read and interpret drawings
* Experience using hand and power tools
* Ability to complete repetitive manual tasks
* Good physical fitness for labour-intensive work
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport
* Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical
* Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screen
