Description
* Deliver accurate, compliant, end‑to‑end payroll processing on a fortnightly cycle (circa 500 employees).
* Support ongoing improvements to payroll processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.
* Provide outstanding customer service to internal stakeholders across all levels.
* Assist with payroll audits, reporting requirements, and WorkCover payment processes.
* Interpret and apply relevant legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements.
* Contribute to education, guidance, and continuous improvement initiatives across Payroll and People & Culture.
Profile
* Demonstrated payroll processing experience in a complex environment.
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to liaise across the organisation.
* Experience with Chris21/iChris highly advantageous
* A collaborative mindset with an interest in continuous improvement.
