Job Role Overview
Our organization seeks a detail-focused, self-motivated professional to provide support to the technology team regarding cybersecurity, server, computer, and networking management.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a level 2 or level 3 technical escalation point for technology-related issues and/or requests, supporting the technology team as required.
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to manage our IT environment, computers, servers, and networks, ensuring that all systems are available during business hours or otherwise agreed timeframes.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to efficiently deal with security matters and to identify and recommend improvements that can be made to technologies and processes.
- Assist with overseeing our security awareness education program and communicate our security policies and requirements so that our team knows, understands, and can follow them.
- Maintenance of documentation for our IT environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience with Windows server, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft365, VMWare, AWS (EC2 & EBS) and Azure (networking and compute).
- Technical understanding of networking concepts and the use of Cisco and Meraki networking equipment.
- Contribute to change management for all systems within the technology environment.
