We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our talented team in Melbourne.
Our Customer Service Agents are responsible for providing superior customer service while handling a high volume of emails and phone inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring an unforgettable holiday experience
What we are looking for:
* Someone experienced with a high volume of calls
* Flexibility with various shifts; our service hours are from 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service and travel
* Previous experience in the travel industry — customer support, bookings, or front office — is preferred but not required
* Experience with Salesforce is beneficial
