The Client
Our Client is a leading Property Developer with a diversified property portfolio nationally. Reporting to the General Manager you will provide administrative support with the day to day activities, whilst providing a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders.
The Role:
Assist in general administrative support for the team in a timely manner
Management of an accurate and up-to-date filling system
Coordination of new employee onboarding
Handling customer service activities
Assist the 'Care and Rewards' Manager with monthly construction reports
Preparation of Pre-Settlement Inspections and Handover Packs
Organise and coordinate internal and external events and meeting
Demonstrated experience as a team assistant in a corporate workplace
Experience within the property industry is highly regarded but not essential
High level of written and verbal communication skills
An enthusiastic, motivated, and initiative-taking individual that aligns with the company's values and culture
Excellent organisation skills
Friendly and professional
