**The Client**
Our Client is a leading Property Developer with a diversified property portfolio nationally. Reporting to the General Manager you will provide administrative support with the day to day activities, whilst providing a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders.
**The Role**:
- Assist in general administrative support for the team in a timely manner
- Management of an accurate and up-to-date filling system
- Coordination of new employee onboarding
- Handling customer service activities
- Assist the 'Care and Rewards' Manager with monthly construction reports
- Preparation of Pre-Settlement Inspections and Handover Packs
- Organise and coordinate internal and external events and meeting
- Demonstrated experience as a team assistant in a corporate environment
- Experience within the property industry is highly regarded but not essential
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- An enthusiastic, motivated, and initiative-taking individual that aligns with the company's values and culture
- Excellent organisation skills
- Friendly and professional
