This role sits within the CFO Advisory Services in the Audit & Assurance service line, delivering finance transformation, reporting tools implementations, financial reporting and technical accounting advisory for clients across a diverse range of industries.ResponsibilitiesDeliver client projects in line with client expectations, timelines and budget as part of a cross-disciplinary team.Coach and develop self and team through client experiences, contributing to the growth of technical and client interaction capabilities.Develop project management, report writing, technology, and client relationship skills in delivering projects.Assist with business development initiatives, contributing to thought leadership and proposals.Coordinate CFO Advisory Services team activities including resourcing and training.About you / Experience & AttributesBachelor degree or equivalent in accounting, commerce or financeCA qualified or equivalent (or substantially complete)3+ years experience in either professional services, commerce or a mix of bothExperience in accounting advisory, finance transformation, reporting tools automation, financial reporting, management accounting, project management and/or auditGood communication and client relationship skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamEnthusiasm to develop new skills across finance and technologyExperience with Corporations Act, Australian Accounting Standards and other applicable legislationSelf motivated, ethical and dependableComputer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio; reporting toolsPower BI, Alteryx, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle and other ERP experienceLease accounting, treasury accounting and exposure to complex accounting topicsLife at RSMRSM provides a outstanding environment to build skills and confidence.
