This part-time role is perfect if you want to balance hands-on physiotherapy with work-from-home flexibility, all while helping employees stay healthy and injury-free. Why this role is great for you: Flexible hours: Part-time, minimum 3 days per week (Monday-Friday). Telehealth from home 1-3 days per week, depending on your availability. Location: Bendigo-based, with onsite visits across the region (expect travel within 60 minutes) work-from-home days. Competitive pay: Up to $130K FTE (depending on experience) super. What you'll be doing: Deliver onsite physiotherapy and occupational rehab in workplaces. Design and support early intervention and wellbeing initiatives. Provide telehealth triage and injury management nationally. Work closely with employees, managers, and organisations to create healthier, happier workplaces. Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture locally and interstate. What we're looking for: Bachelor of Physiotherapy (completed). Minimum 18 months' experience in musculoskeletal or private practice physiotherapy. Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance. Full Australian working rights, driver's license, and access to a private vehicle.
