Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve meals to a high standard, following menu guidelines and minimising waste.
* Manage stock efficiently; ordering, receiving, and rotating to ensure freshness and compliance with food safety standards.
* Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen and dining area, including equipment and surfaces.
* Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive and productive environment.
* Follow all WHS and food safety procedures, including audits, chemical handling, and accurate record‐keeping.
About You
* Previous food safety training and a solid understanding of HACCP principles.
* Experience in food preparation and cooking, with strong communication and basic budgeting skills.
* A proactive, respectful team player who takes feedback well and contributes to a positive work culture.
* Ability to manage time effectively, stay calm under pressure, and maintain high standards.
* Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, standing for long periods, and using kitchen equipment safely with PPE.
