Supporting an Executive Director with a large, senior team of five direct reports, you'll need to be proactive, professional, and resilient.Key responsibilities include:End-to-end calendar and diary management with a high volume of changes and prioritiesPreparing, tracking, and following up on documents, reports, and approvalsEmail and communication management - confidently responding or flagging priority issuesRegular planning sessions with the Executive Director to set agendas, establish priorities, and keep things movingAnticipating needs, protecting the Executive's time, and managing expectations from stakeholders across the organisationSupporting and enabling a productive work rhythm - even when days are unpredictableAbout You You're an experienced EA, preferably with exposure to government or large corporate environments.
