Job Description
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial services sector.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised financial solutions to clients.
* Prepare and present proposals, ensuring they align with client needs and organisational goals.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and decision-making.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the organisation.
* Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
* A strong background in sales and business development, within the insurance and brokerage space.
* Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A deep understanding of financial products and services.
* The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

* A valid driver's licence for travel within the Sydney region.
