* We conduct daily QA inspections, product checks, and batch verification to ensure the highest quality standards.
* We manage sample collection, retention, documentation, and laboratory submissions to guarantee accuracy and precision.
* We maintain QA documentation, test results, and work instructions via SharePoint and G:Drive to facilitate efficient communication.
* We perform reconciliations and ensure compliance with S4 medication handling to maintain a reliable process.
* We support the maintenance of HACCP, FeedSafe, and other quality certifications to uphold industry standards.
Administration
* We manage customer and internal calls, order entries, weighbridge processing, and credit adjustments to maintain seamless operations.
* We accurately record production data, downtime, and trends for analysis and efficiency improvements to optimize performance.
* We maintain administrative records via SharePoint and review daily KPI dashboards to track progress and make informed decisions.
* We provide backup to the site scheduler and assist in document creation (e.g., SOPs) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* We oversee CHEP transactions and assist with internal audits (LinkSafe, ChemAlert, Guardian, etc.) to maintain regulatory compliance.
Skills And Experience
* We require a minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or cross-functional role, preferably in a production or QA environment.
* We expect proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong data entry and document control skills to efficiently manage tasks.
* We need sound knowledge of QA standards, HACCP, GMP, and FeedSafe practices to ensure adherence to industry regulations.
* We seek strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
* We require proven ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results.
* We desire current HACCP certification to ensure up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
* We look for familiarity with feed manufacturing processes and QA requirements to understand the complexities of the role.
* We value strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to analyze situations and develop effective solutions.
Desirable
* We encourage advanced knowledge of feed manufacturing processes to expand expertise.
* We welcome experience creating SOPs and supporting document control systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
