Golf Operations Manager
We seek a seasoned Golf Operations Manager to lead our golf service delivery and elevate member experience. Reporting to the General Manager, this leadership role oversees all aspects of golf operations.
* Manage Golf Shop retail services including inventory control, merchandising, and product promotion.
* Oversee administration and delivery of competitions, events, and major tournaments.
* Respond to corporate golf enquiries, manage bookings, and coordinate event logistics.
* Develop and maintain procedures, manuals, Conditions of Play, and annual fixtures.
* Promote strong customer service culture and provide training to Golf Shop and operations staff.
* Monitor and enforce club policies such as dress standards and pace of play.
