**About the role**
**Key Responsibilities & Duties**:
- Work with computer-controlled operational management systems.
- Service, identify and repair faults on electrical systems.
- Install and maintain electrical and electronic equipment including but not limited to lighting, camera systems, proximity switches, wiring harnesses and control systems, weigh systems and reverse braking.
- Use meters, test instruments and circuit diagrams to find electrical faults.
- Repair or replace electrical wiring, fuses, lamps, switches and general components.
- Perform high reliability and accurate work when soldering electrical parts/harnesses.
- Follow schematics and specifications when performing installations and fault finding.
- Complete all records and paperwork accurately, as directed and required.

**To be a successful Electrical Fitter, you will need**:
- Experience with installation, manufacturing or service of auto electrical components and systems
- Willingness to learn and gain qualifications
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with team members
- Take pride in work and presentation
- Clean drivers license - HR desirable
- Physically fit and able to carryout basic manual handling when required
