Speech Pathologist Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Pathologist to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our allied health services, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and dedicated professional to make a real impact in the lives of our clients. You will have the chance to work in a supportive and forward-thinking environment, collaborating with a friendly and passionate team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and speech pathologists.


About the Role

* You will manage a caseload that suits your interests, or enjoy the variety of a generalist caseload across a range of service delivery methods, including community face-to-face sessions, telehealth sessions, and in-clinic sessions.
* You will have flexibility in setting appointments and the option to work from home or in one of our local offices.
* You will receive weekly operational and clinical supervision, PD opportunities, career progression guidance, and support to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
* You will have access to national clinical mentoring and specialist support from Clinical Practice Advisors and Clinical Mentors.
* You will collaborate with a friendly, passionate, and dedicated team who are committed to creating meaningful impact within the community.


Requirements

* You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
* You have current registration with the relevant regulatory body.
* You have full working rights in Australia.
* You have a minimum of 1 year experience in community, private, or acute settings.
