The role is based in Parramatta with a hybrid work model (a couple of days WFH).This position is ideal for a Project Manager with a background in electrical, utilities, civil, or construction infrastructure, who can oversee multiple projects across the full lifecycle, from tender through to delivery and close‐out.About the RoleThis role sits within a high‐performing PMO responsible for delivering a portfolio of distribution and major infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will manage a mix of large‐scale capital works ($50–60M) and multiple smaller program‐type replacement projects, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost‐effective delivery.Although the role is hybrid, onsite attendance is on an as‐needed basis, varying according to the project stage.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple concurrent infrastructure and utilities projects, ranging from program‐level replacements to major $50–60M capital worksOversee end‐to‐end project delivery including planning, scheduling, contractor engagement, construction, commissioning, and close‐outEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, legislative, and quality requirementsManage contracts from tender through completion, preferably using GC21 frameworksWork with procurement and engineering teams (support provided) while maintaining strong ownership of contract administrationProvide accurate and timely project reporting, cost control, forecasting, and risk managementMaintain close alignment between schedule accuracy and internal resource availability across multiple operational teamsBuild productive relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure coordinated and efficient project deliverySkills & Experience (Must‐Haves)Strong background in electrical, utilities, civil, or construction infrastructure project managementProven ability to manage multiple infrastructure projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated experience in contract and tender management, ideally GC21Experience delivering projects in the $500K–$30M range, with exposure to larger projects up to $50–60MStrong stakeholder engagement skills across technical, operational, and field‐based teamsExcellent planning and scheduling awareness, with focus on resource alignmentSolid risk management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilityQualificationsDiploma in Project Management (required)Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (highly regarded)Construction Induction (White Card)How to ApplyTo express your interest, please email your CV to: Or click Apply Now.
